Dear LESD79 Families,

We are happy to announce that Ms. Castonia Hardge will be joining LESD79 as the new principal of Western Sky Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year. Her position was approved by the Litchfield Elementary School District Governing Board at last night’s meeting.

Ms. Hardge brings a wealth of experience, with a cumulative total of 16 years in education, including 10 years of administrative experience at both the elementary and high school levels. She will complete her role as assistant principal at Canyon View High School, where she made a significant impact on students, staff, and school community.

Her dedication to education and her leadership skills make her the ideal candidate to lead Western Sky Middle School. We are confident that under Ms. Hardge’s guidance, Western Sky Middle School will continue to thrive and provide a supportive learning environment for all students.
